Study office

We take care of all administrative matters relating to your studies at the HdWM and are therefore your contact for general student matters such as

• Enrolment
• Exmatriculation
• Leave of absence
• Change of degree programme
• Study Timetable
• Room booking

The study office also manages the personal master data of the students and the student files.

Examination office

We are your contact persons for all examination-related questions regarding examinations, registration periods and examination law matters as well as the implementation of the Framework Examination Regulations (RPO).

• Clarification and advice on exam-related questions
• Exam planning and management
• Planning of reporting deadlines and dates
• Registrations & cancellations for all exams
• Recognition of externally provided services
• Admission to the final thesis
• Preparation of final documents
• Forced exmatriculation

Accounting

The accounting department is available to answer your questions about tuition fees and financial matters.

We are responsible for the following areas, among others:

• Tuition fees
• Payment transactions
• Dunning
• Payment agreement

IT Service

The IT Service is the central organisation responsible for information technology at the university. It provides central services such as WLAN, e-mail, user administration, internet and network connectivity and also offers first-level support for staff and students.

Achtung: The IT Service does not offer support for the university's own hardware, only for internal hardware and software.

CMS Service

The CMS team is responsible for the university administration system. It ensures that the campus portal for students and lecturers and the staff system function smoothly and implements documents and modules to optimise the administration of your studies.

Library

Our reference and lending library offers literature on the most important topics of your degree programme and is a popular place to study.
